The name "HY - 希" means HOPE in Nôm script, dating back to the end of the 13th century. In each of us, there is hope. Hope for happiness and good things! The first Hy's Sushi and Asian Dining restaurant was founded and established in January 2016. We draw inspiration from Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisines.
